Aside from the fact that James and his crew did a great job on large project that turned out to be far more challenging then anyone expected, 5 stars for this alone. The thing I have to complement the most is his responsiveness, he responded quickly to my initial request for an estimate, checked back in after and responded quickly to questions I had. He was honest and forward about pricing and was willing to work with us on the many changes and additions we requested. Overall I really can't give him 5 stars he deserves 6 at least.

Very impressed with his service! Messaged James fairly late (p 6pm) Thursday night yet he answered and I was able to set up an appt. for Monday morning. I had a rocker switch in the bathroom that didn't work. He is the owner of Tesla Electric yet came himself. He came promptly at 8 as he said he would, was friendly, professional, and solved the problem quickly but with care. He did a few other things that he did not have to do but helped immensely as I had hurt my back and couldn't do them. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to others. He went above and beyond and seemed to enjoy his work too. With my next project, I will see if he can solve the problem with my exterior lights that four other electricians could not solve! Bet he can do it! I was worried because my electrician just retired and he had great skills that I wasn't sure I would find again. With Jame's experience, I feel that I am in good hands again.

Took the time to really assess the 'creative' (i.e. dangerous) electrical wiring that was done before we moved in. Interestingly enough, the previous electrician is now M.I.A. James and his crew worked efficiently to create a safe, new wiring system. Very respectful demeanor/not condescending. Also very respectful with COVID precautions by always wearing appropriate PPE in my home. Thank you Tesla Electric!

I feel very fortunate that I found James and I would highly recommend him for anyone in need of an electrician! He responded very quickly to my online quote request, he arrived on time and did an excellent job installing the energy monitor on my circuit breaker while also following all of the best covid-19 protocols. I have already added James to my phone and I will definitely call him if I have any other electrical jobs in the future. A++
